RÉSIDENCE OSCAR NIEMEYER I Saint Jean Cap Ferrat

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is located at the Côte d’Azur on the peninsula Cap Ferrat near Monaco. It is one of the most sought after and expensive living areas of the world. The Résidence Saint-Hospice is a town house ensemble, designed in 1978 by the architect Oscar Niemeyer, composing of eight small but pretty villas geared towards the sea. The pure and open forms of Niemeyer with his rolling outlines and his rectilinearity run from indoor to outdoor space. James Bond would have loved to live like that pure and elegant, brave but still quiet. The first principle intention was to reflect the purity of the Côte d’Azur, to bring the light into the the rooms and let it mirror in bright and brilliant surfaces. Elected materials, fine textiles and lights that create tender crystal bows fuse with the velvety wall colour from Flamant to a successful union.
A timeless, pure – yes puristic architecture now with a comfortable ambience, which lets the soul come to rest. A house that does not deny its seventies past but has a contemporary warm charisma.
